Salatiel’s Birthday: December 26, 1987

Salatiel Livenja Bessong popularly known as Salatiel or high man general is a Cameroonian music boss, singer, song writer, record producer and CEO of Alphabeta records situated in Buea Cameroon. He was born on the 26th of December 1987 in tiko Cameroon. Salatiel originates from Manyu, Cameroon and is considered as one of Bayangui’s pride when it comes to talent.

The artist did his primary and secondary education in Tiko Souza and Bamenda. After obtaining his advanced level certificate in 2005, he enrolled into the university of Yaoundé one striving to become a medical doctor. This was when the artist started music with his friends and even created a band called Salas band with him being the main singer and drummer. His greatest joy was writing songs but he nevertheless directed church choirs in Yaoundé and also performed. He then proceeded to learn how to play the guitar. In order to focus more on music, he decided to drop his medical studies for a less difficult field zology.

The artist moved to Buea and joined a choir known as Breakthrough voices as a musical director and song writer. The experience from this choir pushed him to become a producer. Salatiel remains one of Cameroon’s pride when it comes to the music industry as he took the country and world by surprise following a deep sensational collaboration he had with the famous American singer Beyonce , the song titled Water is an incredible piece with a unique type of sensation. Salatiel has an estimated worth of $1.5 million.
