Dr. Nkeng Stephen’s Birthday: May 3, 1994

Nkeng Stephen is a Cameroonian music video and film director, songwriter, singer and music producer who was born on the 3rd of May in Buea the Southwest region of Cameroon. Nkeng is the fourth child and only son to his late father. His Dad nicknamed him Doctor because he wanted him to become a doctor. His friends called him same but were very astonished as to how talented and professional he was when it came to video editing until he began to be called Dr. Nkeng Stephen.

The camera genius when asked if music video directing pays he said it does pay in Cameroon but not as much as it should. He added that the prices he gets range from 1 million to 3 million francs are not really enough because he has a staff to pay. The artist also explained that the popular phrase ‘Ok we take another shot’ at the end of his videos, was just done once for fun but anytime an artist comes around he will always love to have the slogan at end of his track.

The video expert who is married and also a father of one, has worked with many artist like Blanche Bailey, Mr. Leo, Daphné and others. He is known as the best in the country and is really admired and considered due to his creativity and passion.
