Born on the 27th of June 1992 in limbe Cameroon, Hortavie Lydie Sengue mostly known as Hortavie Mpondo is an actress, model and Cameroonian graphic designer. She schooled in the Sonara college of limbe where she obtained her baccalaureate certificate and later on studied biochemistry in the university of Douala.

Her popularity comes from her modeling career and also she is one of the brand ambassadors of bold makeup and other agencies. In 2017 she began her acting career.
Her parents were never in support of her acting career, believing artists are illiterates but Mpondo refused to give up. She also got very famous due to the role she played in the Cameroonian TV series madam, monsieur…where she acted as a daughter to the couple Mbarga. Her excellent performance aside her natural dark skin glow have gained her lots of admiration and followers on the net.
